split part 2

Once we were at the mall we figured we may as well wander around a bit. Not a tourist in sight (except for us of course!).

Trev saw a pair of shoes he liked and ended up buying them!

After we walked back to town our feet were sore and we were very sweaty so we took a break back in our air conditioned apartment.

We then ventured out to figure out where our early ferry comes tomorrow. That took a bit of back and forth but we finally figured it out.

Then we wanted some gelato!  Every day we say we want gelato but it seems like with all of the food we are eating there is no room left. So today we figured we'd have gelato for dinner!

We also strolled along the Riva which is the waterfront promenade where people stroll all day.

Then we walked over to the beach. Turns out it's sort of meh. Nothing too exciting. We knew we wanted to go out this evening but we have to pack up for tomorrow. So we came back to the room and got organized so we can get out early tomorrow. Then we took some drinks up onto the terrace and watched the sun set. Ahhh!  It was wonderful.

At about 8pm we figured the ambience was just about right, and we ventured out.

The Riva was bustling st night with live music and tons of people.

Then we walked through the palace grounds and ended up back in the main square. There was live music here too and a bar that served drinks onto the square. The ambience was great. We got some wine and sat and enjoyed the atmosphere for quite a while.

After walking around some more we were getting hungry. Our 5pm gelato didn't bring us to 10pm. There are kebob places everywhere so we went for that. They turned out to be SO big, but delicious!

And now we are back in our room getting ready for bed. Tomorrow we have a 7:40am ferry to Korcula!
